Joel Kotkin talks with John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou about climate change in California and how the state’s efforts to combat climate are working.

California has one of the largest economies in the U.S. with the state’s climate leaders taking action and working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to combat climate change. So why is all of the work towards the GHG reductions not, well.. working?
