Milwaukee Takes and Gives

When it comes to employment, Kotkin says census figures show Milwaukee with about 50,000 fewer jobs than in 1999, but that it has begun growing again and pushing back the recession. In fact, Milwaukee recently registered the second highest growth of manufacturing jobs in the country.
